Help ensure Montgomery County residents have access to enough food for their families by serving with Here2Help, which distributes boxes of donated produce, groceries, and breadstuff to those in need. You can volunteer for various roles to assist the organization in its efforts:
- Pack boxes of food on Sunday mornings
- Help with food distribution and restocking on Sunday afternoons
- Pick up donated baked goods from Fresh Baguette in Bethesda on Friday and Saturday evenings
- Become a home site for packing activities
Student Service Learning
In general, students can earn SSL hours for packing and distribution activities but not for driving. See Here2Help’s SSL request guide for details.
