Make & Donate Healthy, Heartwarming Meals
Soup nourishes body and soul — it warms us on a cold night, comforts us when we’re sick, and reminds us that someone cares.
KindSoup brings people together to cook, connect, and care — for ourselves, our communities, and those facing food insecurity. It’s a simple and meaningful way to spread kindness and share nutritious meals with others.
How it Works
- Cook a Soup You Love – Make a batch at home or with others.
- Portion & Label – Divide into quart-sized containers, label with the date, type of soup, and any allergy info.
- Freeze & Share – Deliver your frozen soup to a local food assistance partner (see below) or a neighbor who could use a lift.
- Let us Know – Complete our KindSoup Report Form so we can track our collective impact!
Every pot of soup becomes a small act of kindness — nourishing someone in need and strengthening the bonds that connect us.
Ways to Participate
- Join a Weekly Zoom Cook-Along
Mondays, 5–6 p.m.

- KindSoup for Students
Every other Sunday, 5-6pm
Students, come together on Zoom and learn new recipes and cooking skills while earning community service learning (SSL) hours. Once you’ve gained experience, consider leading a session!
- Host Your Own KindSoup Event
Gather friends, coworkers, or community members — in person or virtually — to cook, connect, and give back. Perfect for faith groups, civic clubs, or families, or to celebrate a special event.
- Cook Anytime, On Your Own
