Items for our new Afghan neighbors: Taqi and his family, deliver to Carderock

Welcome to a KindWorks drop off signup for a newly arrived family from Afghanistan!   Your contributions will help turn a relatively empty apt into exactly what Taqi, his wife and their two boys:  aged 5 and 2 1/2 are asking for – Thank YOU!   Your willingness to jump in and help is truly special and will be so deeply appreciated by this family.   Let make sure that by Monday this family has what they need to really feel at home in their new space!

IMPORTANT: Please deliver only those items for which you have signed up UNLESS  you have been in touch and received confirmation to bring specific additional items. We so appreciate your generosity and your understanding!!

THE PROCESS FOR DELIVERY:  After you signup your items, please arrange a mutually convenient time to drop off your items at Diane’s home in Carderock (in Bethesda).  We ask that all items be delivered as soon as is convenient, and certainly by Monday, March 21st.
